What is Xolapp?

Xolapp is a business management platform for scheduling appointments, managing clients, creating invoices, and running a public booking page so clients can book online 24/7.

Where do I start after creating my account?

Complete your Business Profile (from the main menu), then add services, set up your public booking page, add your first client, and create your first appointment. See "First Steps After Signup" for a detailed walkthrough.

Can clients book appointments online?

Yes. Once you set up "Create your Website" (your public booking page) and publish it, clients can book appointments online at your unique URL (e.g. yourbusiness.xolapp.com).

Do I need to add staff members?

Only if you have a team. You can run everything as a sole operator. If you have staff, add them under Team and assign services and availability.

Where is my dashboard?

After logging in, the main dashboard is the first screen. Use the sidebar to open Clients, Services, Appointments, Revenue & Invoices, and other sections.
